Build Skills You Can See in the Finished Project
Every project gives you another opportunity to understand how a landscape comes together. You will gain hands-on experience working with natural stone and pavers, assisting with outdoor living installations, supporting irrigation work, and learning the techniques that go into quality landscape construction. Experienced team members will guide you as you develop your skills and become more confident in the field. After 90 days of service, paid educational opportunities may include certifications, workshops, college courses, and licensing, giving you additional ways to deepen your knowledge and take on more responsibility.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: Starting at$18.00 to $30.00 /hour, based on experience, licensing/certifications, and skill set.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist in the building of outdoor living spaces using natural stone and pavers
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems
- Assist in machine care and routine maintenance
- Operation of dump trucks, skid steers, mini-excavator, and other construction equipment (MA hoisting license req.)
- Assist with other divisions as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Friendly personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Work effectively and efficiently, able to follow directions
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness/ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, with a positive attitude
- Clean and professional appearance
- Punctual and dependable
- Ability to lift 60+ lbs consistently
- Available to work a varied schedule (including occasional Saturdays)
- Stand and bend for 8 hours or more a day
- A commitment to the safe operation of each work task
- Must pass DOT physical requirements
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Provide your own steel-toe footwear
