We back up all of our design/build work with a minimum of a two-year warranty. If we provide continued maintenance on your landscape, that design/build work can be guaranteed for the life! *Extended warranties end after maintenance services are no longer provided after the initial 2 years. Extended warranty is not transferrable.

Your final investment depends upon a variety of factors, including the size and condition of your property, your chosen plants, features, and materials, and the scope of the project. At Better View Landscapes, we believe in transparent pricing, and you’ll receive a digital PDF proposal with seven 3D renderings of the focus area, a full-color scaled plan PDF of the project area, and a detailed budget proposal. How Long Will the Project Take?
In general, the design/build process can take anywhere from a few weeks to a month or so, depending on the scope of the project. Before we begin, we provide an estimated timeline so you know what to expect. If there are any unforeseen delays, such as supply chain challenges or weather events, we’ll communicate that with you promptly and adjust the schedule to account for the delay. You can rely on us to work efficiently without compromising quality or safety.

Site visit with a designer
Our first meeting will involve a visit to your property by one of our designers. This allows us to see the space we’ll be working with and get a sense of your vision and goals for the project.

Design Proposal
After the site visit, we’ll develop a design proposal that outlines the scope of the work and objectives for the design. This proposal will be shared with you for review and feedback.

Initial Rendering and Review
We’ll create an initial rendering of the design and schedule a virtual meeting with you to review it. During this meeting, our designer will share their screen and make live edits to the design, ensuring that it meets your expectations.

Revision Phase
Based on the feedback from the initial rendering meeting, we’ll work with you to make any necessary revisions to the design. This process may involve multiple rounds of revisions, with up to three larger changes incorporated into the design.

Proposal Phase
After you’re satisfied with the design, we’ll create a detailed proposal for the project, which will include an estimate of the costs and a detailed timeline for the work.

Contract Phase
Once you’ve reviewed the proposal, we’ll send you a contract for the project. Once this is signed and returned, we’ll schedule a start date for the project.

Scheduling and Starting the Project
After receiving the signed contract and deposit, we’ll order the necessary materials and provide a tentative installation date. With everything in place, we’ll begin the work of bringing your vision to life.
